Mine Planning Engineer

About the role

You will plan and optimize open-pit mining operations, working closely with our production, geology and logistics teams to keep extraction on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do

• Design short and medium-term mine plans and production schedules.
• Model pit designs and haul road layouts with planning software.
• Track actual vs. planned output and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with geology, operations and safety teams on-site.

What we're looking for

• Engineering degree in mining, geology or a related field.
• Experience with mine planning software (Surpac, Vulcan or similar).
• Comfortable working on-site in Conakry.
